THE COLORS
music & lyrics: ミコ (miko)
あの日出会ったのは 割れたカラスの様な君
強い目 不安な顔 俺の側にはそんな君がいい
ギリギリの精神状態 それでも行進は止まれない
選ばれた君とホラ 「おいでこっちに」 共に旗を振ろう
Fly the Flag
In disorder establish the new age 革命の鼓動を聞け
In disorder now fly the flag 壊れた胸に響け
In disorder establish the new age 革命の鼓動を聞け
In disorder now fly the flag 壊れた胸に届く様に
ano hi deatta no wa wareta garasu no you na kimi
tsuyoi me fuan na kao ore no soba ni wa sonna kimi ga ii
girigiri no seishin joutai sore demo machi* wa tomanarai
erabareta kimi to hora “oide kocchi ni” tomoni hata wo furou
Fly the Flag
In disorder establish the new age kakumei no kodou wo kike
In disorder now fly the flag kowareta mune ni kibike
In disorder establish the new age kakumei no kodou wo kike
In disorder now fly the flag kowareta mune ni todoku you ni
* In the lyrics the word koushin (行進) is written, which means “marching, or to march”. In the song she says machi or machin (it’s a little hard to tell). My guess is she is singing the English pronunciation of the word while the kanji is written in the lyrics. Machi can also mean “town, or city”… with the whole line meaning “Still, the march(ing) cannot stop” I’m inclined to think she sings machi as a way of portraying the image of marching through a city. This is simply just speculation though.
Our chance meeting that day you were like a broken raven
Strong eyes anxious face you’re good that way by my side
A grinding state of mind and yet the march can’t stop
With you that was chosen, hey “come here” together let’s wield the flag
Fly the Flag
In disorder establish the new age I hear the beat of the revolution
In disorder now fly the flag it resounds in my broken chest
In disorder establish the new age I hear the beat of the revolution
In disorder now fly the flag in order to reach my broken chest
